Introduction:
The school accepts all students regardless of their gender, religion, race or nationality.
The registration process needs to be completed by the parents or the legal guardian.
The Application Process:
Completion of the registration form attached to this policy.
The application of a student will be complete only upon receipt of the following documents:
1. A certificate of the last three stages of study for the student in the twelfth and eleventh grades and a certificate of the last academic year for the remaining stages / attestations from the Ministries of Education and Foreign Affairs from the same country from which the certificates were issued
2. Equivalency of the Turkish Education Final Stage Certificate (DENKLİK).
3. Passport + residence permit (for each of the (student, father, mother) + four personal photos of the student.

Assessment:
Once all the application requirements have been met an Entrance Exam date will be set for students applying to enroll in Grades 3-12. These students will take entrance exams in English and Math using MAP test.
Students who are applying to enroll in kindergarten or in Grades 1-2 will be interviewed by a teacher in order to assess their abilities and social interaction. We will also set an appointment to meet the parents.
Please note that it is a requirement that KG students be fully toilet trained.
Acceptance:
Acceptance to our school is based upon the results of the Entrance Exam and previous school history.
Acceptance for students who are applying to enroll in kindergarten or in Grades 1-2 is based on feedback given by teachers who interviewed the students.
Parents will be advised of the status of application by phone within 5 days at the latest from the date of assessment.
Important Note:
KG1 Applicants must be 3 years by 1st of September regardless of when they join.
KG2 Applicants must be 4 years by 1st of September regardless of when they join.
KG3 Applicants must be 5 years by 1st of September regardless of when they join.
Grade 1 Applicants must be 6 years by 1st of September regardless of when they join.
If the grade level an applicant is applying for is full, the application will be placed on the waiting list.
Final Admission:
Once an applicant is accepted then the parent will need to supply the following by the end of June if applying for the next academic year or immediately if the academic year has started:
END-OF-YEAR ATTESTED REPORT CARD by local or abroad ministry of education.
